Terms & Conditions : ·Minimum 30% of the total package amount required To book this Tour Package. · Any pending amount needs to be paid ON ARRIVAL. · Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. · If your package is Sikkim and West Bengal then you may not get the same cab because SK registered vehicles are not allowed for sightseeing in West Bengal and vice versa. · The itinerary does not include any kind of fooding or lodging during the tour. · Please read the itinerary properly as there are some places that are closed on some specific days so before finalising the itinerary please verify all the details. · The itinerary provided below has been confirmed as per your requirement. In case of any discrepancies found please contact us immediately. · After the end of the tour Wizzride is not liable for any kind of transport facilities or any pick and drop. · If the customer by any chance ends the tour by his/her consent and ends the tour on any particular day then we will not be liable to drop them to their destination on the next day. · If the tour is affected by some unforeseen circumstances like weather or bad road conditions etc, best alternatives at that moment will be provided. · The vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary fixed. · The documents required for north Sikkim and Nathula are driving license/voter id/passport. Please note Aadhar card & pan card does not work. · If there is delay or cancellation of flight and the mentioned places are not covered on that particular day no refund will be processed. · We take all reasonable steps at the time of finalising the itinerary for the client to ensure that the itinerary is as per the convenience and comfort of the client. However, in the event of a change in the itinerary, we would inform the client accordingly before the departure of the client on the domestic tour. Information shall be provided at the contact details provided by the Client at the time of booking. We take no responsibility for any claims arising out of non-receipt of information if such contact no. is not reachable or email provided is not accessible or does not belong to the Client. · Further, in the event of a change, which is beyond the control in the itinerary of the client post departure to domestic tour, shall be informed to the client accordingly as and when such a change occurs. We Shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever for any loss that a client might suffer consequent to such a change. ·If some sightseeing is closed due to under maintenance or construction we will try providing the best alternative. · Wizzride reserves the right to claim any additional expenses because of delays/changes in the itinerary, caused due to any reasons. · All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general wellbeing. · We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. · In the event the client misses out on any activity on the domestic tour due to delay on his/her part, we would not be held liable to refund the money paid for the same or in any other manner whatsoever. · Wizzride does not promise any change in the itinerary at the request of the client and the same shall be subject to availability. For any change/alteration in the itinerary made at the request of client, client agrees to pay additional cost incurred due to such change. · Wizzride does not take any responsibility if the permits are out and if you don’t want to visit the particular the amounts will not be refunded. · The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day/during a week, rest period per day/week etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In the event any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances. • A few sightseeing places are closed on particular days of the week in every destination. While routing the program a few points may be closed on particular days of sightseeing in which case alternate open points in the city will be covered but it will not be possible to cover those closed points on next day. • Tiger Hill in Darjeeling cannot be guaranteed as there is a limitation on the total number of vehicles permitted to visit every day, in case the visit cannot be done early in the morning, the point will be visited anytime during the day. • Ac’s will be switched off while traveling to uphill for the vehicle to function properly. • Please note the quotation is made for Indian Nationals only. If the clients are foreigners then these rates and Itinerary will not be applicable as there are some restrictions for foreigners clients such as – Single Pax foreigners are not allowed to visit Lachen, Lachung, and Tsomgo Lake. More than two Pax foreigners are required to visit Lachen , Lachung and Tsomgo Lake along with a Mandatory Guide which will be at additional cost. Baba Mandir, Nathula Pass, Gurudongmar Lake is not allowed for any foreigners .So if the clients are foreign nationals then please check with us Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: · 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Booking amount / service cost · 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Booking amount / service cost · 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Booking amount / service cost · 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund Do let us know in case of any further queries. ———————————————————————————————————————— —————– Inclusions · Accommodation as mentioned in Hotel Section · Transport as per program · Assistance by our rep at Bagdogra Airport · On tour assistance on call by our Tour Manager.
